                1.3.1    General
                            To achieve a world Renowned University status by excellent services offered at global level
                            To make this Institute offer its education across other countries

                            To have the latest facilities matching and exceeding the industries
                            To provide excellent support services on campus
                            To set up computing centres and libraries in the hostels

                            To augment the curriculum with the prescribed syllabus as a minimum
                            To maintain a good Faculty  -  student  ratio

                            To maintain the in tune with the industries’  needs
                            To provide consultancy to the industry and training to the industry personnel

               1.3.2    Employee Oriented

                            To keep the Employee abreast of latest happenings in the field
                            To encourage Faculty in the development of new process, product  systems  and  technology
                             leading  to  innovations,  patents  and  publications  at  national level and  international level
                            To encourage Employee to get higher qualification and research

                            To help the Faculty member excel in teaching skills
                            To help the Employee in their career growth
