 Shall provide computer hardware and software applications
support for the Institute & the various schools, labs and hostels.
 Shall install operating systems, device drivers and application soft
wares.
 Shall be able to troubleshoot and service computer hardware
(printer, Ups, scanner etc.) for desktop, laptop, and servers.
13 Hardware Technician
(Support for Power Supply, Monitor, System board, Processor,
Hard Drive & CD/DVD Drive).
 Shall maintain documentation pertaining to the hardware support
 Shall constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
 Shall provide any other expert assistance in the related field as per
the requirements/policy of the Institute
 Shall assist the faculty and lab assistants in the conduct of labs for
students of all courses.
 Shall prepare work materials and experiments / exercises in
advance, for smooth conduct of lab classes.
14 Tradesman
 Shall clean & maintain the lab equipment and machine tools
 Shall constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
 Providing any other expert assistance in the related field as per the
requirements/policy of the Institute
 Shall carry out repairs and routine maintenance of telephone
board, circuit, extensions etc.
 Shall supervise installation and modification,
 Shall maintain records, documents, licenses, AMC, monthly report
of activities, and offer training to concerned staff etc.
