                                                    help of parent institution at Kota to increase more footfalls.
                                                    Explaining admission  guidelines to  students/parents  with
                                                    regard to criteria, policies and procedures.
                                                    Organizing marketing programs  and  ensuring  information
                                                    sharing by providing informational brochures; placing
                                                    advertisements; answering questions etc.
                                                    Obtaining applicant information by requesting  completed
                                                    applications, verifying and clarifying information, engaging with
                                                    students and other persons
                                                    Answering incoming phone calls, responding to Web inquires &
                                                    attending college fairs.
                                                    Following up with prospective candidates from the database.
                                                    Explaining academic programs and answer any queries
                                                    regarding applications, enrollment, courses etc.
                                                    Recording information into a database and following-up with
                                                    applicants to update statuses and answer any new questions.
                                                    Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
                                                    data and trends.
                                                    Suggesting  any  additional info to be included in the
                                                    website/informational brochures etc based  on frequent
                                                    queries/suggestions from the students/parents.
                                                    Updating  job  knowledge by participating in educational
                                                    programmes; reading  professional publications;  maintaining
                                                    personal networks.
                                                    Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for
                                                    various relevant queries raised by the candidates, thus adding
                                                    value to the role.
                                                    Identifying & recommending suppliers
                                                    Coordinating  with suppliers by  raising enquiries,  initiating
                                                    purchase orders and ensuring receipt of materials.
                                                    Analyzing the purchase requirements.
