of the students arranging attractive events/programs with the

Explaining admission guidelines to students/parents with
regard to criteria, policies and procedures.
Organizing marketing programs and ensuring information
sharing by providing informational brochures; placing
advertisements; answering questions etc.
Obtaining applicant information by requesting completed
applications, verifying and clarifying information, engaging with
students and other persons
Answering incoming phone calls, responding to Web inquires &
attending college fairs.
Following up with prospective candidates from the database.
Explaining academic programs and answer any queries
regarding applications, enrollment, courses etc.
Recording information into a database and following-up with
applicants to update statuses and answer any new questions.
Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
data and trends.
Suggesting any additional info to be included in the
website/informational brochures etc based on frequent
queries/suggestions from the students/parents.
Updating job knowledge by participating in educational
programmes; reading professional publications; maintaining
personal networks.
Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for
various relevant queries raised by the candidates, thus adding
value to the role.
Identifying & recommending suppliers
Coordinating with suppliers by raising enquiries, initiating
purchase orders and ensuring receipt of materials.
Analyzing the purchase requirements.

Working in close coordination with estates, civil, housekeeping,
electrical, site supervision teams to proactively resolve issues

Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness; allocating
and managing space between buildings; ensuring that facilities
meet government regulations and environmental, health and
security standards.
