Organising staff training sessions and activities.
Monitoring staff performance and attendance

Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation
Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or
redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

Scheduling facilities (eg. Meeting rooms / Auditoriums /
Gallery) and services for the Institute
Providing assistance and information to faculty, staff and outside
organizations regarding facility use and other amenities
Coordinating the various conferences and/or requested services
including reserving conference rooms, determining catering
needs, preparing conference materials, tracking various
expenditures and revenues, collecting fees and maintaining any
necessary records

Coordinating, determining and/or arranging physical
maintenance of facility as required; overseeing daily security of

Compiling material for event program; maintaining mailing lists
for distribution of event calendar or other pertinent information

Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the
telephone; answering the queries.
Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department
directories; giving instructions.
Maintaining security by following appropriate procedures;
monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintaining telecommunication system by following
manufacturers' instructions for house phone and console
operation.
Ensuring a safe and clean reception area by complying with

procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintaining continuity
among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,
irregularities, and continuing needs.
Supporting various events of the University.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed
