                                                    Monitoring staff performance and attendance

                                                    Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organisation

                                                    Scheduling facilities (eg. Meeting rooms / Auditoriums /

                                                    Providing assistance and information to faculty, staff and outside
                                                    organizations regarding facility use and other amenities
                                                    Coordinating the various conferences and/or requested services
                                                    including reserving  conference  rooms, determining catering
                                                    needs, preparing conference  materials, tracking  various
                                                    expenditures and revenues, collecting fees and maintaining any
                                                    necessary records

                                                    emergencies or problems; ensuring that all aspects of events are

                                                    Welcoming visitors by  greeting them, in person or on  the
                                                    telephone; answering the queries.
                                                    Directing visitors by  maintaining employee  and  department
                                                    directories; giving instructions.
                                                    Maintaining security by  following  appropriate procedures;
                                                    monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
                                                    Maintaining  telecommunication  system  by   following
                                                    manufacturers' instructions  for house phone and console
                                                    operation.
                                                    Ensuring a safe and clean  reception  area  by complying  with

                                                    procedures, rules,  and regulations.  Maintaining continuity
                                                    among work teams by documenting and communicating actions,
                                                    irregularities, and continuing needs.
                                                    Supporting various events of the University.
                                                    Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as
