                                                    Responsible for  the overall maintenance of  all electronic and
                                                    paper student records through accurate data entry.
                                                    Conducting regular and quarterly audits of student records to
                                                    ensure data reliability and accuracy
                                                    Creating & maintaining databases of companies to ensure quick
                                                    retrieval of information.
                                                    Producing and validating  the accuracy  of reports provided to
                                                    campus and central departments  (i.e. award letters,  diplomas,
                                                    honors).
                                                    Managing incoming  transcript  workflow and ensuring  correct
                                                    filing in partnership with campus and central departments.
                                                    Facilitating a collaborative  team environment,  sharing
