Responsible for the overall maintenance of all electronic and
paper student records through accurate data entry.
Conducting regular and quarterly audits of student records to
ensure data reliability and accuracy
Creating & maintaining databases of companies to ensure quick
retrieval of information.
Producing and validating the accuracy of reports provided to
campus and central departments (i.e. award letters, diplomas,
honors).
Managing incoming transcript workflow and ensuring correct
filing in partnership with campus and central departments.
Facilitating a collaborative team environment, sharing
