   Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Should  work in close co-ordination  with counsellors,  health
                                                    centre, proctors, estates office, housekeeping department etc
                                                    Should provide any other expert assistance in the related field as
                                                    per the requirements/policy of the Institute
                                                    Should be available to the students as and when they want. They
                                                    should have free access
                                                    Preparing  Research Reports /  PPT Slides /  OHPs and  so  on
                                                    relevant to the project.
                                                    Collecting necessary research papers (from journals and related
                                                    web sites) /  study  research papers in a  focused way / write
                                                    computer programs assigned by Principal Investigator.
                     Project            staff       Maintaining the laboratories in a neat and tidy manner.
                15   (JRF/SRF/Project     /         Carrying out any other  relevant duties  assigned  by Principal

                                                    Organization of all levels of competitions and tournaments
                                                    throughout the year
                                                    Teaching and training of students for Sports and Games
                     Asst. Director / Director /      Coaching the  students on  proper basis all techniques  and

                                                    Should maintain the assigned snooker instruments / boards in
                                                    good condition and should also maintain with tender care and
                                                    caution the  snooker area.
                                                    Should ascertain / prescribe and fix the specific time for the use
                                                    of the snooker boards when it is allotted to the staff / students.
                                                    Should have the snooker board under his total control.
                                                    Should maintain well the assigned Gym Instruments / installed
                                                    equipment in good condition and also with tender care and
                                                    caution with clear Gym area.
                                                    Should staff / students and customers to use / engage the Gym
                                                    equipment and ascertain the equipment allotted  to the person is
                                                    suitable for user’s status (age / health conditions etc.,)
                                                    Should entertain the staff / students and customers only with the
                                                    specific prescription from the Doctors for the use / engage some
                17   Snooker / Gym Instructor
                                                    of the particular / specific Gym equipment / instruments etc.
                                                    Should ascertain / prescribe and fix the specific time for the use
                                                    / engage of the Gym equipment / instruments when it is allot to
                                                    the staff / students and customers.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Should provide any other expert assistance in the related field as
                                                    per the requirements/policy of the Institute.
                                                    Should avoid to allow the Gym equipment / instrument when it
                                                    is unattended keep it.
                                                    Gym  instructors should  be  aware of watching the  Gym
                                                    equipment / instruments under their total control.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Provide any other expert assistance in the related field as per the
                                                    requirements/policy of the Institute.
