   Entering and maintaining accurate data from source documents
                                                    in a time bound manner.
                                                    Compiling information,  verifying accuracy  and sorting
                                                    information to  prepare source data  for computer  entry and
                                                    ensuring that appropriate reports with required details are
                                                    proactively made available to various stakeholders within

                                                    Reviewing data for deficiencies or  errors, correcting  any

                                                    Effective and  efficient recordkeeping to ensure continuity in
                                                    terms of information flow in the section/school concerned.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Providing any other expert assistance in the related field as per
                                                    the requirements/policy of the Institute.
                                                    Cleaning and maintaining order in all desks of the
                                                    section/school.
                                                    Ensuring that cleaning activity happens regularly without
                                                    affecting the routine functioning.
                                                    Ensuring safe movement of stock
                     Attender  / Helper –           Moving, managing and filing all documents  as per the

                     Sr/Sr.Gr                       requirements of the officials concerned.
                                                    Facilitating arrangements for conduct of meetings, guest arrivals,
                                                    transport requirements etc.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Providing any other expert assistance in the related field as per
                                                    the requirements/policy of the Institute.
                                                    Should check whether staff and students wear identity cards.
                                                    Should not allow any staff and students to enter into the Institute
                                                    Bus without Bus Pass.
                                                    Should not allow unauthorized persons inside the Bus.
                                                    Should maintain cordial relationship with students and staff and
                                                    should not talk rudely.
                6    Bus Attender
                                                    Should  ensure  that no unauthorized articles are taken in the
                                                    Institute Bus by  the staff and students while they leave the
                                                    campus.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Provide any other expert assistance in the related field as per the
                                                    requirements/policy of the Institute.
                                                    Should follow the traffic rules properly. Should carry the Xerox
                                                    copy of his driving licence for any road check up by police, and
                                                    it is his duty to renew the licence as and when necessary.
                                                    He should check his vision / eye sight periodically and should
                                                    show the proof of this every year.
                                                    He should wear uniform and safety belts while driving
                                                    While on duty, he should always be alert.
                7    Driver                         Use of Narcotics / consumption of Alcohol is a serious violation
                                                    of discipline, and will be dealt with severely.
                                                    He should ensure that the vehicle assigned to him is in proper
                                                    condition and that it is well-maintained. He should look after the
                                                    vehicle with tender care and caution.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    He should provide any other expert assistance in the related field
                                                    as per the requirements/policy of the Institute.
                                                    Responsible for Finance [Receipts and Expenditures], control of
                                                    accounts, and people working in the Accounts Department.
                8                                   Reports directly to the Registrar and takes instructions, subject to
                                                    the condition that vital guidelines issued by Chancellor and Vice
                                                    Presidents are followed
