                                                    institute .
                                                    Should not allow unauthorized persons inside the campus.
                     Security Guard  / Women        Should enquire the visitors and allow them to enter the institute

                                                    Should ensure that no unauthorized things are taken from the
                                                    institute campus by the staff while they leave the campus.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Should provide any other expert assistance in the related field as
                                                    per the requirements/policy of the Institute.
                                                    Accountable for the development and implementation of policies
                                                    and programs intended for the mitigation and/or reduction of
                                                    compliance,  operational, strategic, financial and reputational
                                                    security risk strategies relating to the protection of people and
                                                    Institute property.
                                                    Implementation of security  policies,  regulations, rules,  and
                                                    norms and make sure that the environment in their organization
                                                    is safe for employers and visitors.
                                                    Initiation, facilitation  and promotion of activities  to  foster
                                                    information security awareness within the organization.
                                                    Ensuring the  institution/organization complies with  the
                     Head  Security Guard /         administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
                19   Asst / Chief  Security         Collaborating with the senior management of the organization,
                     Officer                        Privacy Officer, and Corporate Compliance officer to establish
                                                    governance for the security program.
                                                    Ensuring that the  organization  has  audit controls to monitor
                                                    activity  on electronic systems  that  contain or use  electronic
                                                    protected health information.
                                                    Overseeing, developing  and/or  delivering initial and ongoing
                                                    security training to the workforce. Initiating, facilitating and
                                                    promoting activities to foster information security awareness
                                                    within the organization and related entities
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Providing any other expert assistance in the related field as per
                                                    the requirements/policy of the Institute.
                                                    Reports to the Project Officer and consults the PIMC members if
                                                    needed to carry out the project successfully.
                                                    Responsible  of creating  a SHG  data base, Web site  and
                                                    Accounting software development for SHGs.
                                                    Responsible for Linking SHGs  with Corporates for self-
                                                    employment.
                                                    Responsible for Branding, Packaging and quality control of SHG
                                                    products.
                     Project   Assistant  /         Responsible for establishment of market facilities for the existing
                20   Associate – CSRD&RS            and new SHG products.
                     (any project)                  Responsible for the creation of repository of knowledge on the
                                                    best practices among various Self Help Groups across the nation
                                                    and elsewhere (knowledge database)
                                                    Responsible for  identification of various support systems for
                                                    SHGs in Vellore District. It may include banks, corporate firms,
                                                    educational institutions, NGOs and Government agencies.
                                                    Responsible for  development  of resources for  technical and
                                                    behavioral training.
                                                    Responsible for necessary follow-up of SHGs.
