work directly with plants, overseeing all aspects of breeding,

Dealing with broad-based academic institution legal
requirements, including litigations
Assisting Academics in drafting Collaboration Agreements,
Grant Agreements, etc.

Addressing legal matters pertaining to UGC Act and Rules
Drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements and such
other documentation
Handling disciplinary matters, student misconducts etc.
