   Working with plants of all types to make certain the plants stay

                                                    Applying knowledge of botany, plant, and soil science to areas
                                                    like landscape design or crop management. They are required to
                                                    work directly with  plants,  overseeing  all aspects of  breeding,
                                                    selection, planting, care, and production
                                                    Responsible for propogating new plants through grafting and

                                                    Ensuring judicious use of fertilizers, pesticides or manure.

                                                    Providing any other expert assistance in the related field as per

                                                    Placing orders for food and supplies.
                                                    Preparing the production and service documents as required.
                                                    Checking deliveries and taking inventory on a weekly basis.
                                                    Supervising  food service  employees and  assisting in the
                                                    preparation and serving of meals.
                                                    Overall supervision in the installation, operation, maintenance
                                                    and repair of refrigeration and related equipment used for air
                                                    conditioning.

                                                    Responsible for overseeing the  cultivation  and planting of
                                                    different types of crops, plants, shrubs, and turf.
                                                    Delivering presentations  on chemical and  plant  safety to
                                                    interested groups and individuals, maintain and repair
                                                    equipment, and oversee staff development
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Providing any other expert assistance in the related field as per
                                                    the requirements/policy of the Institute
                                                    Developing  and evaluating issues  and  initiatives through the
                                                    study of  international  policy and standards, overseas
                                                    developments, and reports.
                                                    Formulating policy or program recommendations on assigned
                                                    programs.
                                                    Preparing papers and briefing materials for various student
                                                    exchange programs

                34                                  Helping and guiding students, faculty and research fellows from
                     Asst.Director-IR
                                                    foreign countries
                                                    Helping foreign nationals  with various visa  / embassy
                                                    appointment related issues with necessary legal expertise.
                                                    Organising / participating in various foreign education fairs.
                                                    Should constantly strive to improve service to all stakeholders
                                                    Providing any other expert assistance in the related field as per
                                                    the requirements/policy of the Institute
                                                    Dealing  with  broad-based  academic  institution  legal
                                                    requirements, including litigations
                                                    Assisting Academics  in drafting Collaboration  Agreements,
                                                    Grant Agreements, etc.
                35   Legal Officer
                                                    Addressing legal matters pertaining to UGC Act and Rules
                                                    Drafting  and vetting legal documents,  agreements and such
                                                    other documentation
                                                    Handling disciplinary matters, student misconducts etc.
