                                                    Monitoring progress.
                                                    Is accountable for the success or failure of a project

                                                    Responsible for overseeing workers in various departments who
                                                    are assigned certain tasks  and ensuring the completion of  the
                                                    given project on time.
                                                    Creating schedules and following up with workers to ensure that

                     Coordinator / Officer          Strategically overseeing, monitoring and managing the assigned
                                                    project from an executive level.

                                                    Supervising the planning for department, division, project, or
                                                    organization.
                                                    Supervising other planning personnel, such as consultants and
                                                    developers.
                     Head–planning                  Preparing budget  and overseeing expenditures. Setting  goals,

                     Estates/Director-Estates       Working in  close co-ordination with civil, estates, purchases,
                                                    finance teams to ensure timely completion of all projects.

                                                    Providing  support for  people who struggle with or lack
                                                    interpersonal communication skills.

                                                    shortcomings and take action to correct them
                40   Asst. Manager (soft skills)      Coaching, training and motivating teams that are in need of the
